Qualifications / Additional Details:

• Board Certification: Board Certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine is a prerequisite for this role.


• Academic Experience: Current or prior academic appointment as Associate Program Director or Program Director in an ACGME-accredited residency program within the past five (5) years.


• Teaching Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of formal academic medicine appointments and training program teaching and administration experience.


• Scholarly Activity: Documented scholarly activity within the past five (5) years, including research, publications, poster presentations, book chapters, etc.


• Responsibilities: Willingness to take on both Administrative and Diagnostic (teaching) Responsibilities.


• Skills: Strong administrative and team-building skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
