Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers, a family-owned emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, is seeking an Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician to join our Greenville, SC team. As an Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician, you will work alongside our board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist to provide exceptional care to our patients. As an integral member of the Internal Medicine team, you will work with our board certified internal medicine specialists to workup and treat complex medical cases. Responsibilities

• Assist the Internal Medicine Specialists with complex medical cases
• Oversee detailed treatment plans for patients with Internal Medicine diagnoses
• Perform in-house diagnostic testing including laboratory work and radiographs
• Administer medication and monitor patients during hospitalization
• Educate clients on their pet's condition and treatment plan
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Assist with the daily mentoring and training of veterinary assistants

Requirements

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital, experience in internal medicine preferred
• A passion for providing exceptional medical care to pets and their families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as part of our emergency coverage rotation
