Job Title: International Hiring Process Coordinator
Type: Temporary (12 months)
Location: Raleigh, NC (hybrid work model)
Job Description:
Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Advisors, Recruiting Coordinators and HR Specialists related to the international hiring process.
Deliver Tier 2 support and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries associated with the international process.
Analyze incoming questions to identify potential process improvements.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role (preferably Recruiting/Talent Acquisition background).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
Strong process improvement skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Technology capable/Tech savvy Experience with Workday, SharePoint and Service Now desired
