Job Title: Inventory Manager | Reports to: General Manager | Location: TBD
Job Description:
The main focus of this position is order fulfillment and inventory management. Dispensary experience preferred.
This position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient service standards
The Shift Supervisor will oversee the entire store showroom team
The position responsibilities include support of company goals and objectives, as well as general oversight of daily store operation needs
Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by leading and coaching teams to company service standards
Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, meeting company standards, and ensuring all SOPs are being followed
Train and develop Dispensary Associates, ensuring all Dispensary Associates are knowledgeable on all company products
Oversee store showroom operations, monitoring consultant interactions with patients, and ensuring proper verbiage is being used
Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures
Maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas as needed, assist with patient return process, and product availability spreadsheet
Starting Wage: $45,000/year salary. Yearly or performance based evaluations per the company's discretion. All salaried employees automatically qualify for benefits (health, dental and/or vision), PTO & Paid Holidays upon employment.

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Can actively pass a level two federal background check
- Obtained their high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately)
- Can lift 50lbs over their head, stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, squat etc as necessary to get the job done
