Junior Proposal/Private Tender Specialist
based in
Milan.

What can you expect?

In the Impact Team, you will manage and coordinate complex presentation and RFP/bid/tender and will create a wide variety of contents across reports for Large Private and Listed Prospect and Clients.
Working with colleagues, the proposal specialist manages the RFP/bid/tender response process from beginning to end formulating the pitch strategy, developing persuasive content, improving creative solutions and supporting sales presentations.
To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, capable of delivering fresh and brilliant creative ideas, and show attention to detail.

We will count on you to:

Facilitate opportunity strategy development, working closely with the client team to help identify client/prospect business-drivers, and create the optimal RFP communication strategy, corresponding themes and graphic approach;
Support and work actively with the team to create optimal design approach/concept, including storyboarding, for opportunity and facilitates design review process;
Support and manage the RFP/presentation development process, assuming total responsibility for management of the proposal/presentation development process for small/low complexity projects and major responsibility for large/complex projects;
Be focused on English RFP and Presentation (being experienced and highly proficient in the English language: a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and syntax and ability to write and speak fluently in English)
Share information with the Impact team and internal stakeholders to promote best practice, deliver business growth and project work into engaging marketing material;
Manage and coordinate complex presentation and RFP/bid/tender response (end-to-end process);
Support the development of competitive value propositions and client-centric messaging which tells a compelling narrative and connects our services to their needs;
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time;
Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations;
Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

What you need to have:

University bachelors or masters Degree, preferably in Corporate Communication / Marketing / Communication and Media / Public Relation or related field, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
Fluency in English beyond that in Italian (C1/C2);
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint and Indesign).

Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00)
