Position Summary:

Challenge Unlimited is hiring a Temporary Janitor at our GSA Akron location.

• Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
• Shift: Temp, Between 6AM - 9PM, Monday - Friday
• Location: GSA Akron, John F. Seiberling Federal Building and US Courthouse

Job Duties:

• Responsible for janitorial duties at John F. Seiberling Federal Building and US Courthouse
• Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dust, restocks, and empties trash
• Expected to safely operate equipment
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers
• Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
• When necessary, removal of debris and snow outdoors as a grounds laborer at pro-rated, increased pay

Requirements

Physical requirements:

• Lifting and carrying
• Walking, mopping, bending

Other Requirements:

• Be 18 years or older
• Pass criminal background checks and various state/federal registry checks.
