RideNow Powersports is on the lookout for a self-motivated Janitor to be an integral team member at our warehouse in Ocala, FL on a Full-Time Basis.

The janitor and maintenance position is vital to the overall cleanliness of our dealership and the first impression of our guests. The Janitor / Maintenance Attendant is responsible for janitorial services as well as light maintenance for our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance to all elements of the dealership, such as: painting, changing light bulbs, changing ceiling tiles and all other general maintenance around the dealership.
• Manually clean and use light commercial cleaning equipment to oversee the janitorial services of the dealership, such as cleaning bathrooms, fixing toilets, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors and any other duties necessary to maintain stellar cleanliness at the dealership.
• Identify needed repairs and notify General Manager of any that are observed.
• Be the Jack or Jill of all Trades and proactively do what is needed to keep the dealership presentable to guests.

Requirements

• A mechanical aptitude to be able to perform general maintenance.
• Positive attitude, "that's not my job" is not in your vocabulary!
• Self-motivated and dependable.
