We are looking to fill our janitorial position at the Marshfield Mall. We are looking for someone who is dependable, self starter, trustworthy, and detail oriented.

Duties include, but not limited to the following:

Keep building in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include troubleshooting HVAC issues, performing slight maintenance duties, notifying management of needed repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.

Other Tasks include:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.

• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

• Gather and empty trash.

• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and ensuring Mall Patrons are following Mall rules.

• Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

• Remove snow from sidewalks, using snowplows, snow blowers, or snow shovels, or spread snow melting chemicals.

• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.

• Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets, meetings, or vendor shows.

We are looking to fill our Evening positions. This position is every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3pm - 8:30pm and Every Saturday from 9am - 6:30pm and Every Sunday from 10am - 5:30 pm. Averages about 32.5 hour per week, Additional hours available as needed and for vacation coverage and event set-up.
