Janitorial Area Evening Supervisors within the Colorado area wanted!

- This is a part-time evening position.
- The hours would be 5 to 6 hours per night with an option of full time depending on performance.
- Some Saturday evening oversight is required depending on the ability to ensure service guarantees on every single service day required at all locations.
The candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years experience overseeing a team of cleaners/janitors at various locations throughout a spread-out geographical area.
The primary responsibility is ensuring that staffing levels are met, service to all locations is delivered and that quality service is delivered on a daily basis. This person will also be responsible for hiring, training, overseeing, and ensuring that the janitorial team represents the company with the highest of quality of services. This person will understand quality control management, supervision and motivation of multiple employees, monthly supply ordering and inventory, equipment maintenance, planning to conduct quality control inspections and employee over-site and supervision. Perform other projects/duties as assigned.
In addition, hands on experience in window cleaning, hard surface floor care, carpet cleaning and efficient production of cleaning procedures for all locations.
Requirements
This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, bend,stoop, reach high and low and perform all duties related to general Janitorial/Custodial tasks.
- Applicants MUST be able to PASS a Full Criminal History Background check. This includes an extensive multi-state Background Investigation.
- MUST have a clean Motor Vehicle Record - MVR
- Preferred but not required: basic Computer skills / Office Skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus+
- Must be able to read, write and converse in the English language.
