Job Description:Position: IVR Development + Voice ID + Genesys development in JavaLocation: Remote - Phoenix, AZHire Type: ContractRequired Skills & Experience: 4-8 Years of work experience with proven abilities in Java/J2EE Enterprise applications and IVR domain. Strong proficiency in Java 8, Spring boot, RESTFul API development. Knowledge of API security, compliance and Observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace etc. Hands on knowledge of cloud environment preferably OpenShift and cloud native applications. Good team building and learning skills to learn new domain and technologies. Knowledge and experience of Contact Centre domain and IVR. Genesys and GIA knowledge is a plus. Experience in Couch base, Oracle, Kafka and Microservices Architecture
