Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Rules Engines to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Java Developer with Rules Engine experience, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing rule-based applications, leveraging AWS Lambda for seamless deployment and scalability.Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications with a focus on Rules Engine integration. Implement and optimize rules-driven applications to automate decision-making processes. Leverage AWS Lambda for serverless deployment and ensure scalability and efficiency of applications. Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance development processes. RequirementsRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Expertise in Rules Engine technologies (e.g., Drools, IBM Operational Decision Manager, Camunda, etc.). Proficiency in working with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Certification in Rules Engine technologies or AWS Lambda. Experience with other programming languages such as Scala or Python. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
