We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Spark to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Java Developer with Spark experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-performance applications that leverage the power of Spark for data processing and analytics.Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications with a focus on Spark integration. Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Implement data processing pipelines using Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and fine-tuning code. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance development processes. RequirementsRequirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Demonstrated expertise in Apache Spark, including Spark Core and Spark SQL. Proficiency in working with distributed computing systems and data processing frameworks. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Certification in Spark or related technologies. Experience with other programming languages such as Scala or Python.
