Job description:
Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 people and own the technical delivery end to end. Person needs to be hands-on in Java Springboot, Microservices and be able to provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Analysis, design, build and unit testing of REST APIs and microservices using java, Spring Boot.
Hands on experience in developing microservices with any NoSQL or RDBMS systems using Spring Hibernate, Spring Data JPA.
Experience working in Microservices Patterns - Cloud Config, Load Balancing, Service Discovery, Circuit Breaker, Service Mesh.
Should be aware of logging and exception handling patterns in microservices.
Working knowledge on Spring Security, OAuth 2.0 grant types and OpenID connect to secure Microservices.
Writing test cases using frameworks like Junit and Mockito.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Maven/Gradle and Git.
Manage debugging, finding root cause analysis and fixing the technical issues.
Ability to comprehend how the Microservices are packaged and deployed into any one of the platforms. (For example: Docker File, K8s Deployment & Config Maps etc.)
Knowledge of CICD pipeline.
Good to have experience of working in agile teams.
Design & Code reviews.
Troubleshooting and oversight to junior developers.
Good understanding of agile delivery model.
