Job Description -

5 to 7+ years of progressive work experience in Smart factory and QMS implementation in industry

Assessing the organization's current quality management processes and identifying areas for improvement

(link removed) Performed QMS assessment, AS-IS, TO-BE, Blueprint activities in past engagements.

Developing and implementing quality management systems and processes.

Establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures.

Involved in pursuits/ proposals around smart factory.

Knowledge on regulatory quality audits and inspections.

Analyzing data and providing recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing defects.

Assisting with the integration of quality management systems with other systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution systems (MES) systems.

Worked on QMS systems (TQM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen) application in past experience.

Knowledge on ISO 9001Quality Management System (QMS) Certification.
