You will also be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting mock interviews, and offering valuable feedback to help candidates improve their chances of securing their dream job. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market demands, and hiring practices to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

The ideal candidate for this position has a deep understanding of various industries and the ability to assess job seekers' skills and aspirations effectively. You should be knowledgeable about different job search strategies, interview techniques, and resume optimization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working directly with clients and guiding them through their career journey.


Responsibilities

  • Assist job seekers in identifying their career goals and objectives
  • Evaluate clients' skills, qualifications, and experience to determine their suitability for different job opportunities
  • Provide personalized guidance on job search strategies, including networking, online platforms, and industry-specific resources
  • Review and critique resumes, cover letters, and other job application materials
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve interview performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and hiring practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve our services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of various industries and job market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to assess individuals' skills and qualifications effectively
  • Familiarity with job search strategies, resume optimization, and interview techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
