What we are looking for:
- Good attention to detail
- Goal oriented
- Team player
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work independently under the scope of the job on a day-to-day basis
- 1st to 4thyear apprentice and Journeyman Plumbing certifications are considered an asset
- Experience in commercial/wood construction considered an asset
PPE Requirements and Basic Safety Certificates:
- Plumbing Certificate preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in the plumbing industry
- Minimum 6” boots
- Work gloves
- Hard hat and safety vest will be provided
Skills and Abilities:
- Use proper lifting techniques for heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kgs
- Comfortable with working from heights on ladders
- Standing for long periods
- Work in tight spaces
- Ability to work with others and alone
