Job Summary:

We are seeking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for providing day-to-day accounting services, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial statements and other reports as needed
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Assist in the review and analysis of financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns
• Maintain records and filing systems
• Adhere to all accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role or equivalent in internship.
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
