Job Title: Jr. Accounting Analyst

Location : Chicago, IL 60642 (Hybrid)

Duration : 6 Months +

Responsibilities:

• Assist in finance functions related to supply chain and manufacturing.
• Prepare inputs for period closing and support general reporting needs.
• Gather data for annual operating plan and tax credits.
• Create purchase orders, project codes, and monitor budgets.
• Support asset accounting and financial close processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests and seek process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Financial background (accounting or financial analysis).
• Strong Excel skills (sorting, pivot tables, vlookups).
• Attention to data accuracy and ability to seek help if needed.
• Effective communication and information gathering.
• Education: Diploma, Degree, college, or technical school.

Assignment Level Description:

• Working knowledge with advanced Excel skills.
• Works within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Identifies and solves problems using factual information.
