Job Description: Junior Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
2. Budget Management: Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
3. Audit Assistance: Work closely with external auditors during audits, ensuring all financial records are in order and supporting documentation is readily available.
4. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
5. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure the organization's adherence to relevant laws and standards.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
7. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
