WHAT WE WANT ?

Our growing team is hiring to join our squad of socially-led thinkers, doers and creators. We are looking for first-class team mates who can create world-class work and help us drive our vision to make Ideas worth talking about. This candidate (hopefully you) should be fluent in tasteful design and aesthetics, and have the ability to see beyond the constraints of traditional advertising. Theyll know that a good idea only becomes great when an engaged audience takes it further. Whether they leverage existing behaviors or create new ones, they know how to bring people and brands together.

For this role, we are seeking someone with superior knowledge of and passion for design.

REQUIREMENTS :

Aware of trends and new ideas, with the ability to interpret those into high-performing brand-right creative

A strong eye for typography and design through a digital lens

Passion for ideation.

Ability to balance business goals with creative vision

Understanding of technical constraints and digital-first design

Communicate information effectively with relevant members of the team throughout the creative lifecycle

Ability to meet stringent deadlines, quickly managing changing priorities

Strong knowledge of digital best practices and channel formats (i.e.: Instagram stories vs. display banners).

Ability to anticipate workload and communicate proactively with team members

Superior organisational and communications skills

WHAT'S MUST ?

Proficient in ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc )

A ready to showcase (e.g. a sharp wit and a good eye. You can illustrate, ideate, design and write. Youre comfortable ideating innovative concepts.)
