Job Title: Jr. IAM Analyst Troy MI Long Term Contract Experience Level: 5-10 years Skills & Job Responsibilities Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in identity and access management, privileged account management, security, or technical customer service. Working knowledge of Access management, onboarding, and offboarding users. Active Directory experience is preferred, including but not limited to password resets, provisioning group memberships, etc. Independently handle application access management. Access management experience in the Banking, Mortgage, or Finance industry is preferred. Experience in RSA IGL, SailPoint is preferred. Advanced experience in MS Office Suite Knowledge of optimal access governance processes and practices Ability to communicate with the business to identify requirements or issues and plan for the best resolution. Knowledge of Information Security policies, standards, and procedures. Skills: IAM, Identity management, Identity access management, Active Directory, scripting, scripting PowerShell Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Banking/FS experience is a plus - Automation scripting would be a plus
