As a Product Manager, you will join as an early member of our product team.
Mission
Lead a triad (product manager, engineer, designer) to deliver nonprofit value through remarkable UX and features that increase subscribers
on our platform.

2. Adoption of features across all nonprofits we serve a. Contribute to go-to-market initiatives that drive the adoption of new features
Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: you relentlessly focus on the customer. Identifying pains, gains, and opportunities is part of who you are.
Initiative: you re always leaning in trying to identify how to prioritize your time to make the biggest impact
Leading Edge: you re the early adopter amongst your peer-group. Big plus if you have experience building new conversational
messaging platforms
Independence: you thrive in unstructured environments and can execute off of intent
Time Management: you have a genuine need to get things done. You move quickly, you push the team, you execute at a high level.
No one ever wonders if you re on top of things because you ve already responded to the crisis before anyone else knew about it
Depth of experience growing products. You can take high-level themes and big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of research,
hypotheses, and features with minimal guidance
Consistent history of delivering measurable results for users and the business
You listen well. You build consensus by default but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. You take the blame
and pass on praise. People love working with you.
You have a burning desire to dig into the data. You make decisions based on rigorous analysis of metrics and your team has
confidence in your recommendations because of your detailed analysis
You have a willingness to fail fast, learn from those failures, and iterate even faster
You should have:
1-3 Years of experience in a Product or Product-like role
Passion about the problems we are solving
Early stage / entrepreneurial experience
A committed desire to understand our customers and stakeholder
