Junior Analyst, AML Compliance Dublin, Ireland

We are looking for a passionate candidate to join international team in the position of Junior Analyst, AML Compliance based in Dublin, Ireland.
Western Union powers your pursuit. Contribute to the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs designed to minimize potential money laundering risk within the established strategies of the department.
Role Responsibilities
Perform suspensions, terminations, reactivations, , and reinstatements of Agents in the Europe, CIS and Africa region when required, using Western Union systems, to minimize risk to the Western Union network, agents, and consumers.
Work cross-functionally with teams across the compliance organization, business, and operations organization, to ensure ECA Regional Compliance Support teams goals and objectives are met.
Assist and provide guidance in decision making and documenting findings.
Assist with or lead projects and present to leadership when required.
Role Requirements
Experience in AML Compliance, investigations, or risk-based role within financial services.
Understanding of anti-money laundering regulations in Europe.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Good communication, time management and teamwork and collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially strong MS Excel skills.
You must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
