Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Studio Operations Associate to work with our team to quality check raw images while shooting them on a computer. You will be responsible for ensuring that our paired image dataset is accurate and of high quality, with minimal errors or defects. You will also be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our studio operations, including assisting with setup and teardown of equipment, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring that our studio environment is clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Quality check raw images while shooting them on a computer to ensure they are of high quality and free from defects.
• Help set up and teardown of equipment for photo shoots.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as charging batteries and replacing light bulbs.
• Ensure that our studio environment is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Prior experience in a photography studio or similar environment is a plus.
