Role Overview

Were currently looking for a Data Analyst wholl be defining, implementing, and maintaining several of our automated processes. By acting globally, youll be sought after to supervise the setup of new projects with many of our stakeholders, by reviewing their processes and identifying any areas where automation could prove itself useful.

Role Description
Supervise automation setup of new projects for different partners and stakeholders within Kantar Worldpanel.
Works with stakeholders to define and implement new processes to achieve improved efficiency, timeliness, and quality of services.
Review processes, provide recommendations on areas where automation may be useful, and conduct approved automation procedures.
Implementation and maintenance of automation processes specifically programmed to automate repetitive tasks.
Act as a VBA programmer for a Kantar Worldpanel France-based partner.
Management and maintenance of relational databases (SQL).
Provide support for complex setups of new services.
Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of all automated processes by tracking and handling all respective processes and integrations.
Handling escalations and manage stakeholders expectations.
Role Requirements & Capabilities
University Degree (bachelors or masters Degree) in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Engineering or 2/3 years relevant experience in automation.
Business proficiency in English (B1 Level Minimum required).
Previous considerable programming experience with R and VBA (e.g., creating Macros).
Confirmed experience or established knowledge of SQL (Queries and Coding would be advantageous).
Previous experience programming with Python is appreciated as well as having experience with several of its libraries (e.g., NumPy; Pandas).
Inquisitive, with critical thinking, and demonstrate a genuine passion for consumer behaviour.
Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.
Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives.
Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.
