We are looking for a talented Junior Global Recruiter who wants to learn, grow and work with international positions!

• Be responsible for Commercial (Sales) recruitment in the US, Canada & LATAM markets;
• Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their hiring needs, role requirements and other recruitment topics;
• Candidate search: using a variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
• Candidate management: screen candidate applications, give feedback and handle general communication with a focus on top candidate experience.
• Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity and improvement;
• Database management: keeping the recruitment systems up to date;
• Analysis and reporting: preparing recruitment related reports and analysis;
• Participation in other HR related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree / university student ready to work full-time;
• Recruitment experience with a proven record;
• Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills;
• A pro-active and driven approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• People-oriented, energetic and curious.
