Junior HR Executive - Chennai - Netaxis It

Job Description The individual will have to implement HR plans and solutions to accomplish the strategy. The candidate should process the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance. You should be strong in the theoretical process of recruitment, employee engagement, vendor management, anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, and statutory compliance. Meeting deadlines, Required knowledge in counseling, Sourcing, screening, & scheduling interviews. Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the entire Recruitment process and payroll software.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: - Must be a fresher passionate in HR Activities
- Female candidates are preferable.
- Individuals who have graduated in the year 2022 or 2023 can apply.
