The contractor shall analyze information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams. The contractor shall apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge, and develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. The contractor shall develop a plan to introduce best practices into standard operating procedures across all project functions, as well as maintain the plan with a minimum of yearly updates to account for new and improved methodologies and best practices.

The onsite portion of work for this position can be located either at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC, College Park in MD, or Reston, VA.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with providing consulting and recommendations of clients, managers, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives
• 1+ years of experience with supporting complex or large engineering projects
• Knowledge of and experience with ITIL processes
• Experience with gathering, analyzing, and quantifying data and measurements
• Knowledge of how to propose, tailor, and develop quality and process re-engineering improvement efforts, including documentation, to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement
• Ability to develop and utilize metrics to drive improvement efforts
• Ability to work with technical subject matter experts
• TS/SCI w/ability to obtain a CI polygraph
• IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP)
