WWC Global is seeking an analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cyber Development Directorate (ID). The analyst will support the ID Executive Office and associates portfolios by providing enterprise service management support.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide knowledge management (KM) expertise, including support and training for SharePoint networks
  • Support SharePoint and website development to facilitate communication and workflow
  • Support SharePoint customization to lead to business process efficiencies
  • Develop IT-based analytical tools for organizational performance;
  • Maintain distribution lists and manage permissions and accessibility
  • Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.

This is a temporary role ending on or about November 2023 with a possibility of extension.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel expected.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree //OR// 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, including experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Knowledge management
    • Process assessment and improvement
    • Help desk support and training
    • Online forum management
    • Website management
    • Conference support
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • SharePoint Administrator experience.
  • DoD or DISA experience.
