Support go-to-market of NA pricing strategies through analytics and execution
Role Responsibilities Perform business root cause analysis to understand the pricing needs Update elasticities/willingness-to-pay insights to guide pricing decision Track ongoing pricing tests/pilots to support pricing strategies and initiatives Support field pricing request process and ensure timely implementationDevelop tools/processes to assess pricing performance Report key NA pricing initiatives performance to inform whether corrective action is required Serve as pricing subject expert inside NA business teams Communicate pricing initiative to sales in a concise, visually engaging, and insightful manner (reports, dashboards, documents, presentations) Follow up with the appropriate parties to investigate the drivers of pricing performance Facilitate new strategy and functionality roll-out
Role Requirements
Bachelors degree or be a student with three or more years experience in pricing. Advanced English level. Microsoft package. Excel advanced. Run excel and/or PowerBI to measure the performance of initiatives based on defined KPIs. Convert complex data findings into tables, graphs and data visualization. Energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines. Negotiation skills are required. Management skills. Excellent customer service and a high degree of analytical mindset, strategic planning, and strong communication skills.
