WWC Global is seeking an analyst to provide surge support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cyber Development Directorate (ID). The analysts will support the ID Executive Office and associated portfolios by providing expertise and analysis in planning and programming, financial management and execution, cost, schedule, performance, quality, and risk management.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with budget planning, Budget Estimation Submissions, formulation, and reporting.
  • Support management of spending plans.
  • Provide analysis for financial and programmatic support.
  • Provide various cost estimating support and business analysis.
  • Develop and maintain office and portfolio task lists, meeting minutes and briefings.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations regarding portfolio accomplishments, stakeholder engagements, and risks.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Maintain meeting artifacts and document libraries.
  • Develop and publish Information Management Plans.
  • Develop, support, analyze, and maintain performance metric plans.
  • Draft and coordinate development of portfolio reviews and briefing charts.
  • Support Critical Path Meetings as well as coordinate, analyze, and monitor Critical Path inputs.
  • Manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Provide programmatic support for taskings.
  • Draft and staff support agreements, e.g. MOAs/MOUs.

This is a temporary role ending on or about September 2023 with a possibility of extension.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel expected.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree //OR// 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
  • Up to 3 years relevant professional experience, including experience in one or more of the following areas: IMS, risk management, performance management and metrics, strategic planning, acquisition processes, budget formulation, budget execution, and cost estimating and analysis.
  • Knowledge of PPBE and POM processes.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • MS Project and SharePoint experience.
  • DOD or DISA experience.
