Requirements
Junior Project Accountant: This is where you come in.
Were looking for a Junior Project Accountant to maintain proper budgetary documentation for MMFS projects and assist Project Accountants and Contract Coordinators with general day-to-day tasks as well. They should be able to understand change orders, payroll documentation, and invoice documentation. This person also collaborates with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate financial information. - Assist coworkers with the flow of documents
- Collect outstanding invoices
- Process transfers
- Process new jobs and change orders
- Process sub invoices
The Junior Project Accountant role reports to Aleksandr Borishkevich/ Project Accounting Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.
Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?
You should have
- A track record of delivering accurate financial documents
- Expertise leveraging GAAPs and other accounting programs
- A 24-year degree in accounting or similar work experience

Benefits
Compensation: $21-$29 per hour
