Job title:
Junior Project Manager
Your role:

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed for STET-related materials or services. Handle purchase requests in Ariba Guided Buying.
Plan and organize internal and external events. Coordinate logistics for workshops, conferences, and team-building activities.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders. And collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation.
Site representative (EHS, staff club, etc.) for STET.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 2 years experience, preferably in a multinational company.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good command of oral and written English.
