Salary: 19.00-21.00

 

Role and Responsibilities  

• Forecast inventory needs by reviewing stock levels and SKU performance


• Monitor inventory levels to ensure no stock outs and communicate items at risk


• Place purchase orders with suppliers


• Enter Purchase Orders into ERP system


• Generate sales analytics to measure item performance


• Build and maintain solid relationships with our suppliers


• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers


• Coordinate with bookkeeping team to ensure our vendors are receive payments according to set terms


• Maintain cordial business relationships with vendors


• Other tasks as needed

Requirements  

• 1-3 years’ experience executing replenishment strategy for wholesale distribution and fulfillment center or equivalent


• Experience with Sage 300 or comparable ERP systems strongly preferred


• Strong Excel skills


• Outstanding analytical capabilities and attention to detail


• Strong analytical ability with a proficient understanding of math and inventory management concepts


• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a timely manner


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Motivated to work independently as well as part of a team

Physical Demands  

· Be able to work in variable temperatures  

· Lift up to 10 lbs.  

· Bend, sit or stand for long periods of time
