Killscreen, a leading arts and culture organization that aims to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and advance the practice of interdisciplinary play, is seeking a Junior Social Strategist for a project. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented and driven individual who is passionate about digital media and has a refined understanding of social media platforms. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a storied organization moving in a new direction.
Responsibilities - Develop a social media strategy to increase the organization's reach and impact that should include the following:
- Target goals and metrics
- Profile and content audit
- Inspiration and compartive analysis
- Posting recommendations
- Provide social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and provide targeted recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends related to social media marketing and apply new learnings to improve the organization's marketing strategies.
- Help shape the organization's public image and branding through effective social media engagement.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically Instagram
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience running social media campaigns and analyzing metrics to improve strategies.
- An understanding of the museums and institutions industry is preferred.
