Job Title: Junior Software Developer [AI/ML Focus]
Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Software Developer with an AI/ML Focus to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience working on AI/ML projects and will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning applications to solve business problems. You will work collaboratively with a team of data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop and implement AI/ML applications. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine learning based applications and solutions to solve business problems.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to design, develop and implement AI/ML based applications and solutions.
Explore and analyze data sets to identify patterns and insights that can be leveraged for model development.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data preprocessing and cleaning.
Keep up to date with the latest AI/ML trends and techniques and apply them to solve business problems.
Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements
Possessing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. However, we are open to considering candidates without formal qualifications who demonstrate a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a proven track record of self-driven learning and success.
At-least 6 months experience working on AI/ML projects. At-least 1.5 years of experience working on Software Development Projects
Strong programming skills with any or all of Python / R / TypeScript / GoLang / Rust.
Keen interest in learning new technologies
Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Experience in AI/ML Cloud Services like AWS SageMaker, AWS Comprehend, AWS Rekognition, AWS Personalize, Google Vision AI, OpenAI etc.
Basic knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
Good understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and automated testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) projects.
Experience deploying AI/ML based applications in production environments.
Experience in AI/ML Cloud Services like AWS SageMaker, AWS Comprehend, AWS Rekognition, AWS Personalize, Google Vision AI, OpenAI etc.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and should open to be an part of the software development life cycle
