Job TitleKOL Marketing Engagement Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring (Cambridge, MA)
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for nurturing our customer and caregiver communities. You will develop a roster of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), reference sites, and power users; and execute an annual plan to drive engagement, insights and cross-pollination.


Your role:

Survey the market for influential customers and hospital leadership
Build a funnel of potential KOLs, reference sites and power users
Drive outreach to build relationships and establish contractual agreements
Create an annual activation plan to engage and amplify the voice of our customers
Drive usage of our reference sites and oversee customer experience
Harness KOLs to speak with, and on behalf of, Philips (speaking events, publications)
Orchestrate users groups and best-practice sharing sessions
Create internal and external best-practice case studies, testimonials, and marketing collateral
Measure and report program performance


You're the right fit if:


You have a Bachelors degree.
Youve acquired 5+ years of experience managing and engaging with KOLs and 10+ years of overall industry experience. Healthcare, med tech/med device experience, required.
Your skills include experience managing executive level KOLs, leading customer events, and clinician experience.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
Youre a collaborative, strong communicator with strong presentation capabilities, and the ability to build great and long lasting relationships.
