The selected Tech Writer will join an innovative team to help organize project documentation, maintain website, and ensure current information for Confluence pages. Other tasking include updating training documentation, posting software release notes to the project website, organizing information in project shared directories, assisting in creating "How-to" guides, FAQ's, amongst others. Requirements TS/SCI with poly required - Two (2) years of experience as a TW in projects of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
- An Associates degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Two (2) years of additional TW experience may be substituted for an Associates degree.
- Ability to collaborate with the Development team to produce quality documentation and training materials
- Experience with creating and managing documentation in Atlassian Confluence
- Ability to maintain the project website by editing, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
