OBSUMMARY:
WearecurrentlylookingoutforaSr. Client Servicing and Operations specialist resourcewhowillbemainly responsiblemanaging existing clients portfolio and new business acquisition.
REPORTING:BU Head
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To acquire new clients (any sector) & service existing clients.
Candidate experienced in managing requirements for IT/ FMCG/Auto/ BFSI/ Engineering clients would be a plus.
Ideate based on the clients' brief on how the event can be best designed to meet the clients' objective
Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
Be the point of contact to the client at any level in the event management process from the initial meeting to the execution of the event.
Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
Ensuring excellent customerservice and quality delivery
Skills, Requirement & Qualifications
Education Qualification:- Minimum Graduate
Experience:- Minimum 15+ years in the events industry
Team Leader:- Should have managed a team of minimum 4 5 people
Should have excellent communication & presentation skills
Readiness to accept targets & must have a drive to deliver the same
