Sales & Marketing Company: Position: Reporting to: Location: Vector Biotek Private Limited Job Description-Zonal Manager East Vector Biotek Private Limited Key Account Manager VP - Diagnostics Kolkata - Responsible for Equipment & Reagents Sales of Vector Biotel, Bengal, Orrisa, North East & Jharkhand. Key roles & responsibilities: He / She should have good working exposure in IVD Market. To Develop, manage and achieve the established revenue goals for the Zone. Direct responsibility for their Team's target, performance, skill development and sales technique. To develop market, develop and manage dealer, generate busines with the help of dealer and direct call, Detailed Job description To aware about the new competitor product and their strategy and their product range. To Develop market intelligence reporting system which will provide regular information on market share, product performance and competitor activity. Ability to work independently as well as participating in a team of professionals. Ability to respond to urgent situation appropriately by prioritization and customer focus. Preparing business plan for Zone- sales forecast, sales & marketing activity plan, timely executiion and effective implementation. To explore & target potential growth areas for our products aggressively in East india by conducting detailed market survey. To plan, develop & monitor sales & marketing strategies to develop and expand sales in IVD market in East india. Preparing proposal, Presentations and sales contract with clients. Desired Skills : Ability to manage varied workload, should be able to respond quickly and ability to sustain pressure. Desired Skills Good practical and Technical skills, High level of maturity, Good Communication Skills and Problem Sovling skills Willingness to travel extensively & Learn New Technologies Very Strong in MIS and Analysis Behavioral Competencies: Strong negotiation and Convincing skills. Relationship building / management skills. Behavioral Competencies Business development skills. Flexible, Proactive, Individual contributor, Able to take initiative. Self Motivated and quick learner. Management and leadership skills for future growth within company. IVD Equipment Sales- Biochemistry, Hematology, ImmunoAssay Ananlyzer (CLIA) etc. Proficiency Experience Salary Qualification Min 10 Years 8-10 Lakhs. Industry Exposure IVD Equipment Sales- Biochemistry, Hematology, ImmunoAssay Ananlyzer (CLIA) etc. MBA with Specialization in Sales & Marketing / B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma with specialization in Electronics/ Bio Medical Engineering from a State/Govt.recognized University
