So whats the mission of the Keyholder?

You will be passionate about all things Astrid & Miyu and strive to provide the most engaging and memorable customer experience. Your mission will be to support your team and due to the fast-paced nature of retail at A&M, a dynamic and flexible approach is key to success.

What does success look like in this role?

  • Delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience at all times. Always reflecting on this and elevating it through out experiential retail pillars
  • Ensuring our values are at the forefront of everything we do and celebrating these within the team
  • Consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs by supporting your team
  • Suggest and trial new ideas and incentives to achieve store target
  • Have a solid understanding of our product and services which you can pass on to the team
  • Being responsible for cash and card payments, as well as dealing with customers returns
  • Assisting with running our piercing, tattoo & welding studio
  • Supporting Store Manager with filling out reports, managing the team, driving loyalty sign ups and maintaining budgets
  • Running the store and motivating the team when store manager is not in
  • Responsible for security and safety within the store, reporting anything concerning to the manager
  • Occasionally supporting other teams in the wider business

Requirements

  • Previous experience within retail delivering exceptional customer experience

  • You are organised and hands on and enjoy the start up culture
