RNR Sushi Hoover is seeking a highly motivated self starter to join our Chef Team. The ideal candidate will be organized, honest, respectful and dedicated to the RNR standard of superior performance. As part of the comprehensive Chef training program, candidates will receive hands on experience in each position throughout the "Back of the House", and upon proficiency, advance to Sushi Chef training. RNR Sushi takes pride in being a growing brand incorporated on superior quality and exceptional customer service. Skills and Experience (Not Required):

• Knowledge of health code

• Efficient on a flat top style grill

• Proficient with chef knives

• Knowledge and understanding of food allergies (shellfish, mollusk, etc.) and the critical procedures necessary to avoid cross contamination.



Starting pay rate: $12/hr.

Pay rate can increase based on knowledge and proficiency of skills.



Eligibility for pay increases and bonuses is available throughout the training process. Once fully trained, versatile Chefs can expect a pay increase to $15/hour.
