KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Brief Job Description:

1. Assigned in installation of equipment/unit, ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and perform repairs as needed.
2. Performs general maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other repairs necessary
and/or as requested by the clients.
3. Attend immediately to the emergency calls about equipment repairs and other concerns, including the after working hours calls if needed.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
5. Other task that may assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. College/Vocation Level.
2. Knowledgeable in Hot, Cold, and Kitchen Equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance.
3. At least two (2) years experience as technician doing inspection, cleaning, repairs, and
installation
(link removed) Detail-oriented and can be able to comprehend with the manuals, and other related
instructions.
4. Can understand principles and technicalities of commercial kitchen, air conditioning, heating,
and cooling.
6. Can drive motorcycle, and with drivers license.
7. Willing to do field work, including out of town service.
