XO Bistro is a cozy Vietnamese restaurant in Edmonton. We blend traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern twists, serving up classics with a fresh, local twist. We currently have one vacancy for the Kitchen Helper Position.

Location: Edmonton, AB
Wage: $16.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day for 40 hours per week.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

Job duties:

1. Set up dining areas with clean dishes and flatware, ensuring tables are properly arranged.
2. Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing dishwasher equipment, carts, and waste disposal units.
3. Operate dishwashers efficiently to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
4. Hand wash and sanitize dishes and utensils as needed, including pots, pans, and kitchenware.
5. Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and storage areas with supplies as required.
6. Ensure kitchen hygiene by cleaning work surfaces, appliances, and equipment, and properly disposing of garbage and trash.

Job Requirements

Experience: No experience required, but if they have it will be an asset.
Education: Secondary School or less.
Skills: Work under Pressure, Repetitive Tasks, Fast-paced Tasks
Benefits: 4% vacation pay or 2 weeks per year
