Kitchen Restaurant Manager

$60K Base + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including organizing and supervising shifts
  2. Consistently deliver superior service, clean safe environment and exceptional food quality to guests.
  3. Oversee training of new employees and facilitate development of current team members to reach their full potential.
  4. Maintain sales growth, cost management and profitability of restaurant.
  5. Have fun and create a positive family friendly work environment.

Skills:

  1. Excellent leader with strong guest-focus and culinary expertise.
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Sound decision making and problem solving skills.
  4. High levels of initiative, motivation and teamwork.
  5. Effective time management and multi tasking abilities.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends. 5 day work week. No late nights.
  2. 2+ years restaurant manager experience.
  3. High school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Food Safety/Serve Safe certification a plus.
