In your role as Kitchen and Banquet Support, you will be responsible for a variety of work that includes dishwashing and cleaning, along with loading & unloading trucks and setting up and resetting rooms for weddings, corporate events, dinners, and luncheons.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Wash dishes, pans, and serving trays after use in banquets and by Kitchen Prep.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Return clean dishes, pans, trays, and utensils to their storage locations.
• Sweep & mop the work area; sanitize surfaces; dispose of trash.
• Select tables, chairs, stage & dance floor components and assist with event set-ups.
• Load and unload Cerutis box trucks for off-site events.
• Assist with the set-up of food buffet tables.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Starting pay: $16.00 per hour. Regular pay rate reviews.
• Your schedule would include Saturday evenings balanced by selected weekdays off.
• Full-time or Part-time hours available.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

• A willingness to work hard and learn a variety of tasks.
• Teamwork skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Box Truck Drivers must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work up to 10 hours on your feet and be able to lift as much as 50 pounds.
• Must be able to move various types of equipment.
