Skills : We'll need someone more technical along with Kronos domain/functional knowledge.

Ideally 50-60% technical skill set that includes Kronos integrations (with HR/Workday and Payroll), customizations (KNI/KNX code) will be great. We'll need someone more technical along with Kronos domain/functional knowledge.

Candidate should be comfortable doing data analysis using SQL, should be able to quickly pickup on how business rules are translated into systems solutions using Google proprietary tools like ATLAS (or Google 3) and quickly query tables to document/.troubleshoot (basic sql queries).

Compile test cases based on business rules, think of exception/corner cases and own functional testing for various custom processes.

Kronos functional knowledge (high level description) - this is not very hard to pick up if they have basic familiarity with Kronos and have configured Kronos in their previous work

- Pay policy building blocks

- Accruals for Absence

- Employee integration and employee provisioning (based on roles)

- Time tracking workflows - time entry to approval to payroll close (detailed system workflow)

- Payroll close process

- Exceptions and reporting, notifications, alerting
