Kronos Functional Analyst

Required Qualifications:

*Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on TLM and Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, Scheduling, and Device Management modules respectively.

-Experience configuring these policies from scratch based on business requirements, and experience adapting existing system configuration to meet new requirements.

*A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Time and Attendance or Payroll systems.

*Experience troubleshooting users’ technical issues with time and attendance or payroll systems.

*5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.

*Experience interacting with business users, ability to collect requirements, create business requirements documents and functional specification documents for system improvements.

*Experience working closely with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Domain expertise in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance.

*Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis, and validation.
