We are looking for a talented Test Analyst with Kronos knowledge for one of the leading Retail providers in the United States. Job Duties Responsibilities



Participates in requirements analysis and review

Provide accurate and justifiable estimates for QA resources and testing schedules

Design and develop functional test cases

Oversee or generating all QA related documentation

Ensures adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards

Work directly with internal and external teams to facilitate integration testing

Execute test cases, defect management, and adherence to test schedule

Work with Business customers in understanding and clarifying requirements and stories

Provide UAT support and testing production defect fixes

Support the automation and execution of automated test cases





Experience, Skills, Education Licenses Certifications Required



Minimum 8 years software quality assurance experience.

Minimum years of experience in Kronos Work central testing

Minimum 5 years experience testing both web applications and backend services, including functional API testing, integration testing, and UI functionality testing.

Minimum 5 years hands on experience using HP ALM or other industry standard SQA tools.

Strong experience in Kronos timekeeping system.

Ability to write SQL queries using table joins.Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and SQA methodology.

Strong experience in payroll processing and systems.

Good understanding of web services and XML concepts and technologies.

Experience in Kronos integration with SAP other ERP packages.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Ability to write quality defects and work directly with developers to resolve the defects.

Ability to communicate and work closely with other teams.

Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes and systems.
