Job DescriptionPosition:RF IBS L1 Support Engineer-MPAS Location: Hyderabad (Applicants located in Hyderabad or nearby areas are preferred) Passport : Mandatory Job Type: Full-time Company Overview: T is a leading provider of In-Building Services (IBS) solutions, specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) technologies to enhance wireless communication within buildings. Job Summary: As an RF IBS L1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support for our In-Building Services solutions, specifically focusing on Radio Frequency technology. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless communication systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and effective communication to address and resolve issues reported by clients. You will work closely with the technical support team to ensure the optimal performance of RF IBS. installations. Experience in working with in-building solutions, fiber optics, and hybrid and passive components is essential for this role. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be capable of working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for clients using our In-Building Services (RF IBS) solutions. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and troubleshoot issues related to RF IBS installations. Diagnose and resolve RF signal quality, coverage, and capacity issues reported by clients. Collaborate with the RF engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Document and track support tickets, ensuring accurate and thorough records of customer interactions. Assist clients in configuring and optimizing RF IBS equipment for optimal performance. Conduct regular checks on RF IBS installations to ensure they meet specified performance standards. Work with other support engineers to develop and maintain a knowledge base for common RF IBS issues and solutions. Coordinate with field technicians for on-site support and issue resolution, if required. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in RF IBS to provide informed support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, ITI (Industrial Training Institute), or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). Skills: Proven experience in a technical support role, with a focus on RF IBS solutions Strong understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) technologies and wireless communication systems. Understanding fiber optic splicing and testing techniques is beneficial. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the context of RF IBS deployments. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with RF measurement tools and equipment. Basic knowledge of network protocols and configurations. Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certifications in RF engineering or wireless communications are a plus.
